I weigh 130 and i want to be 115, with a flatter stomach, and thighs and butt; but i dont want a flat butt either. I also want to change my way of eating, i dont really like nuts or oatmeal really i like fruits like oranges, apples, grapes. Can someone please come up with a diet with exercise to help me?
cardio 45 mins and weights , veggies and fruits lots of water

You are going to have to eat more than just apples, grapes, and oranges. The body needs a rounded supply of food that includes protein, fat, and complex carbohydrates. Skipping any one of those groups is going to cause problems. The fifteen pounds is not a lot but you have not been specific enough about what your eat habits are and if you exercise now. From the sounds of it you are looking to tone up so you are going to have to do some resistance program. This will be great for you in that it will have two effects. First it will cause the body to manufacture muscle fiber. This makes little furnaces that consume calories. Second it will cause a reduction in fat and replace that with muscle. All of this will give you a toned look. Get with a trainer or someone else that knows how to set up such a program. Remember to lift lightly in the beginning. Better yet stay to machinery.

do not worry about nuts, but oatmeal is very healthy and necessary for heart.besides It keeps you full during the day. I think you already know what to eat but If you need a tip for dieting;
boiling vegetables like broccoli, spinach, brussels, carrots is very useful for dieting. Do not take too much caffeine from coffee during the day, caffeine can cause cellulite. I can advice one more thing: L-carnitine capsules may work for a flat stomach.

Iv come across my perfect candidate to share my diet with!! I used to eat fruit for lunch and all throughout the day. Eg bananas are great stomach fillers. fruits became apart of me and my handbag. Id have like 5 apples and bung it it. Make fruit salads with your favourite fruit. At dinnertime I would have lean meat which contains lots of proteins. They are poultry such as turkey, chicken and of course fish. Dont have meat that contains alot of carbs so just lean meat. Ps u wont be doing the atkins lol some fruit have a high carb content eg sweetcorn.
A huge tip. DO NOT eat anything after 7 latest. Maybe some fruit.
If you get bored of it go to the gym three times a week and you can increase your meals to two a day but have fruit to replace. hope that hepls. Good luck

If you want to lose weight eat six small meals a day and keep your calories between 1500-2000 and trust me you will lose weight also if you want a flat stomach and no abs jog 5 days a week, if you want abs jog and do cardio a total of 4 days a week.
