Doing hula is great for the whole body. Reduce your portions and eat healthier foods while doing hula and you should do just fine.

That will give you a nice tone tummy and also Belly dancing.
I started this diet…
I only eat… steamed white rice, steamed chicken, vegetables and fruits. No breads, pastas or cereals.
At least 8 cups of water and sometimes lemonade.
And… yogurt or fat free pudding sometimes.
I go running. that’s about it… lol I should be doing other exercises.
A good way to lose weight is cardio… you lose fat from every part of your body. Whether is running, swimming, dancing etc.
Or even walk for 2 hrs or so.. (speed walk)
You can definately lose 30 pounds and even MORE by the summer if your dedicated and have supportive friends and family helping you a long the way!
