Does Anyone Know Anything About The Book “you On A Diet”?

Does anyone know the do’s and don’ts on this diet or change. What are good food and what are bad ones?

    In general when you want to lose weight it’s best to avoid all junk food, processed foods and sugar. Choose lean protein, avoid as much saturated fat as possible, eat a great variety of vegetables and fruit and try to drink 8 glasses of water per day.
