How Much Allowed Food Can I Eat On The South Beach Diet Phase 1?

Make sure you have a list of allowed foods. Breakfast protein not limited(see choices) Veggies min 1/2 c.
Lunch: Protein not limited Min 2 c veggies.
Dinner: protein not limited Veggies 2c min.
Snacks are required(love those cheese sticks and almonds!) Choose from Protein or vegetable or veggie list or eat nuts from the fats list,
