How Much Weight (more Or Less) Can A Person Loose Per Week With The “weight-watchers” Diet Plan?

They aim for you to lose about 1-2 lbs. a week, no more.
Losing weight very quickly isn’t a method to learn how to eat properly so that you can maintain the weight loss, and losing 1-2 lbs a week is better for your body too.

  1. The first week I lost about 5 pounds, then a steady 2 pounds per week after that. I followed the points program religiously. I did not count my veg, dairy, etc servings or exercise. I did eat 3 servings of dairy per day and I think that helped a lot. Good luck with your weight loss!
