I Want To Start The South Beach Diet. But Also Start Weight Training. What Should I Do? I Wanna Lose Fat Also?

i too would like to know. I do know the South Beach Diet. I tried it out and lost 10 lbs in the first two weeks…but once I tried adding back in the grains I found it hard to keep up. The first two weeks were really easy…I am going to go back to the south beach diet and just stay with the phase 1…if you can do it…it really works.
