1) Have you, or someone you know, ever used this diet?
2) How does it differ from other diets?
3) What kind of results can be expected?
4) Is it easy or hard to stick to this diet?
5) Would you recommend it? Why?
Thanks!

Okay, I love the South Beach diet because the food is amazingly delicious. And you can fill up on all the veggies that taste so nummy, so you never feel hungry. But, that said, it’s a lot of cooking. Which I never liked to do. But now that I’ve done the south beach, I have learned to love cooking! I must say, I have a doctor friend who did the south beach and didn’t have time to cook, so just read the book and did the principles of eating protein at every meal with whole grains and veggies. But I actually live the south beach as a way of life. And my whole family does too. So really, it’s not a diet. It’s the way everyone should eat. And pretty much, most people are going that way. Whole grains. Low fat meats. Five small meals all day long. It’s great. Even just to read it for the ideas. And you can order it used on Amazon, instead of buying new. That’s the best way to do it, in case you don’t like it.
