I’m going to start the South Beach Diet and the problem is that all the recipes I’ve looked at in the book require time to prepare. I have a very busy lifestyle, and I need quick, easy meals. That’s one of the reasons why I gained weight – too much fast food. Does anybody have some ideas for quick, easy, and healthy Phase 1 meals?
this is probably not the diet for you if you arent willing to put in the meal time and you havent even started
