  1. 1.fat free milk(good source of protein and calcium)
    I have been drinking fat free milk since April, 09. It is pretty successful. Not I get rid of regular milk or whole milk because of the greasy taste and heavy cream. It might taste terrile to you at the beginning, but if you keep drinking fat free milk every day, you would get through it.
    2.almond(high energy food)
    If you exercise or play sports, this would be the perfect snack for you. Forget the chips or other junk foods.
    3.carrot(vitamin A)
    or other vegatables or fruits, but I strongly recommond carrot.
    4. berry(or berry juice)
    specifically I would like to choose acai berry(juice), which is a good source of energy
    5. Salad
    I mean the one with fat free or light salad dressing. No meat applies. Eggs could be subtituted, if you like.
    P.S.: I lost 10+ pounds in two weeks after I kept this diet-style on April.
