It’s late April ‘09 and I would like to lose 25 lbs by late June ‘09. I have the exercise bit down (walking, yoga, elliptical, biking…) but I am looking for a good diet that will cleanse me out and satisfy me. I want to do something that involves a lot of vegetables and small amounts of meat. Any suggestions?
Its going to be harder without meat considering protien is a major help in losing lbs, TRy this ok – Breakfast – eat a ton with no carbs. like 4 eggs and bacon or sausage if you can, the more the better. all you want is fat and protien in the morning. Then lunch just have carbs, without meat or fat. like noodles or pasta – for supper stay away from carbs no bread at all – have as many green veggies as you like all day with out ranch dip or anything like that, And the best cleanse drink one shot in morning and at night of apple cider vinager, it taste real bitter but you get used to it, If you do this for three days straight I promise that after that everyday you do this you will drop 1-2 lbs a every day or two. Dont forgett – eat as much fat and protien in the morning with no carbs at all as you can, and drink that vinager you will be amazed!!! oh and drink throught the day at least 6glasses of water for the first week, 25lbs will be gone in 45 days or so and you have to eat at least 3 times a day – if you miss a meal you will screw up the process, this all will make your body into a fat burning machine – drop soda completely for the first 5 days not even diet soda.

vegy diet it works fast trust me and sense ur working out u might stay about the same but muscle weigh more than fat
