Can anyone recommend a recipe book or website for a yeast/sugar/gluten/lactose-free diet?

I am on a yeast free, sugar-free, lactose-free diet and use this website for recipes:http://www.elanaspantry.com
It is really not as challenging to be on this diet as it appears and eating can still be quite an adventure.
Good luck and hope this helps!

Healing Foods. I just bought this book last night as I have been told to go on a gluten, sugar and yeast free diet for a period. This was the only one I could come up with but it looks like a great option once you get around a new way of cooking. Website for details: http://www.cookingforceliacscolitiscrohnsandibs...

The most difficult thing about a Gluten-Free lifestyle is the adjustment. The Benevolent Kitchen can help you feel comfortable getting adventurous — and believing that gluten free does not mean just limitations but an unexpected opportunity to eat foods you might have otherwise ignored.
