A friend of mine is due to have a baby any day now. She wants to lose the weight she has gained asap. Is it safe for her to start a diet straight away after giving birth or should she wait a few weeks to regain her strengh?

Any Ideas About An Elimination Diet For Breastfeeding My Baby Who Has Eczema?
Hi. My dear 5 month old has bad eczema on the ‘creases’, in the diaper region, the thighs and chest region. I breastfeed exclusively. Has anyone ever tried a diet while breastfeeding that helped eliminate or at least improve the eczema of her child? I have tried to eliminate dairy, but so far not much has changed. Thank you.

Can Anyone Suggest A Good Post Baby Diet Plan Or Excercise Video??
I didn’t gain much with my baby, bout 15 lbs, but I would really like to lose the little baby belly and about 20 lbs…anyone suggest a good diet that worked for you or someone you know??
