You can do the diet without the book but the book is very interesting and definitely motivates you. You could easily find the book at the library!

its fairly easy since i diet as well, just keep away from high sweets, high sodium, high fat, and saturated fat. Also try to keep away from to much processed foods. Just keep track of your calorie count and excercise daily. You should be fine with this

Buying A Diet Book Online?
i found this really good-sounding diet book, but i have to guy it online. i don’t have a credit card or anything, so i would have to ask my parents. BUT my parents really don’t want me to go on any diet because it’s not “healthy”. but i really need to lose 20lbs before september, and this book sounds fantastic. what should i tell my parents? it’s not like i’m overweight and desperately need to lose weight, but i’ve been pretty chubby throughout high school and because of that i’ve always had trouble talking with guys. i really want to change that in college (so i can talk to them, not turn into a slut) so i really need to lose weight!
