A friend of mine is due to have a baby any day now. She wants to lose the weight she has gained asap. Is it safe for her to start a diet straight away after giving birth or should she wait a few weeks to regain her strengh?
And how much weight will I lose from it? (With 30 minute of exercise per day)

I know that no alcohol is the best, especially when trying to lose weight. But I’m going out and would like to have something. Is wine the best, or not? Vodka and diet coke?

I realise how unhealthy this is, but this is for an acting oppurtunity I have worked hard for. I have calculated that to lose the amount of weight I need to for the role in seven weeks, I need to eat a strict 500 calorie per day diet. What’s the best way of doing this? I of course want to get as much balance as possible within the strict limit, and I also want to be able to fill myself up. What are some good low-calorie foods/filling up foods I can eat, and that will sustain me during the day? Obviously I need to eat low-calorie foods so I can eat several times a day and not get unbearably hungry. I’m taking multivitamins and iron tablets as well. Thanks a bunch!
It’s been about a month and I haven’t lost a pound. I workout at least 6 days a week and I record everything I eat, double check the calories in a calorie counter book, and still nothing. What’s up?
