i can have anything to drink but no soda and the sandwiches can be any kind i can eat them both in the morning or seprate them what do you think. my husband say i will get headaches. i’m 5 ‘7 and 175 lbs i’m trying to loose after having a baby. any diet ideas that are like mine inexpensive ?

hello, i need help to come up with a good diet plan . im 130 ibs, 15 and 5”2, im willing to cut off junkfood, but i need a good balanced diet plan . jogging isnt really an option for excercises because i cant do it any longer then 5 minutes.

Where Did The The Idea Of 3 Meals A Day Come From?
The diet books that I’ve read recommend eating 6 times daily. Where did the the idea of only 3 meals a day come from? If humans were in kept in a zoo exhibit, how would the nutritionist design their feeding schedule? Should all the meals be roughly the same size? What are the names for each meal? Note that “snack” implies something smaller than a regular meal.

Can Someone Please Help Me Come Up With A Diet Plan To Lose Weight?
I weigh 130 and i want to be 115, with a flatter stomach, and thighs and butt; but i dont want a flat butt either. I also want to change my way of eating, i dont really like nuts or oatmeal really i like fruits like oranges, apples, grapes. Can someone please come up with a diet with exercise to help me?

How Come In Books Where A Character Is On A Diet They Always Say They Eat Grapefruit?
For example in Harry Potter four Dudley is on a diet and Petunia serves grapefruit and in a book I’ve read called Friends Forever her mum goes on a diet and eats only grapefruit like it’s the only decent food on the planet. What is it with grapefruit?
