How Much Weight Could I Lose By This And In How Long? (south Beach Diet)?

i’m fasting to cleanse my system for 2 days (while drinking plenty of water) and then for two weeks i’ll be doing phase 1 of south beach diet (where most carbs are restricted) and then after those two weeks are up i’ll be moving to phase 2.
i’m currently 5′2 and 120 pounds
i’ll be walking an hour everyday and pilates 3-4 times a week, and also softball some days as well.
how much weight could i lose and in how long?
PLEASE PLEASE, I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH IF YOU ARE GOING TO LECTURE ME OR TRY AND TALK ME OUT OF THIS, PLEASE DON’T EVEN BOTHER.

Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.
Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. Could Anyone Please Tell Me If This Diet Plan Is Ok To Follow For 1-3 Months?

Hi, I have been given a diet by a nutritionist in order to help me shift weight quickly and I just like to know what you all think to it. For example, 6 egg whites for breakfast (everyday)… isn’t this bad for cholestrol?
BREAKFAST
6 Egg Whites
1/3 cup of Oatmeal
LUNCH
4 ounces of Chicken breast
Organic mixed salad
AFTERNOON SNACK
3 ounces of grilled shrimp
1 cup of mixed vegetables
DINNER
4 ounces of grilled salmon
15 grilled asparagus spears

I’m doing it right now…i’m on day 2 of a 3 day apple only diet. Eat as many apples each day but nothing else or it will interfere with the detox. Red apples only, 60 oz. of water, enemas each night before bed, castor oil applied to face before bed, and then on the last day 3 oz. of grape juice and 2 TBS of olive oil.
Also where can you get castor oil?

Could I Swich From Rice Diet After 10lb Loss And Swich To Weight Watchers To Lose Last 10lbs?

I did purchase the rice diet book and to be honest this is my second attempt on it. The first time I did lose 8lbs in 3 days but you do have to be serious and dedicated to it. Wish me luck! I may stay with it in order to lose my first 10lbs and then swich over to weight watchers to lose my last 10. I would just like to get a jump start on it with summer coming so soon. Do you think that could work?

How Long Could A Human Survive With The Worst Diet Ever?

The diet in question is the worst I could think of, marshmallows and coke. Considering you get almost nothing you need from these, aside from energy, how long could the average human last?
