Mistake During Day 6 Of South Beach Diet!?
I’m on day six of the South Beach Diet (its only a kick-start to my weight loss since I’ll be going on vacation in a few weeks and I want to lose a few pounds to feel a bit better ![]()
Anyway, I’ve been doing GREAT absolutely no cheating! but today at the mall I ate Bourbon Chicken not knowing it had carbs!!
Do you think it will have a huge effect on my initial weigh in on day 7??

I am a growing teen and I need to know what I should be eating while I’m not active. I play soccer and run cross country so during the season I eat a lot of carbs and protein. But I need to know what to eat in the off season so I can come back strong.

Can I Drink Crystal Light During Phase 1 Of The South Beach Diet?
yes but I think it has to count in the 75 calorie intake. Since i have been doing SB I have been drinking Crystal Light like crazy.

I’m 49, in good health, but going through perimenopause. For the last year I might have a hot flash once a week. But it’s the night sweats that bother me the most. What changes can I make in my diet that might relieve this?
