I think the word “diet” implies a short-term fix. Make changes slowly that you can continue for a lifetime. More importantly than anything (at least for me) is portion control. For, let’s say, four weeks, count and write down EVERY calorie that you take in. It will become second nature after a while. After a while, you will be able to moderate your daily intake without giving it a second thought. AND you don’t have to give up the things you enjoy eating the most. Also, instead of the standard daily intake of 2000 calories, try reducing it by 200-300 calories per day. Incorporate that with your exercise plan, and you should be on your way!

Does Anyone Have An Execise And Diet Plan?
I’m going to start hula classes and I’m thirty pounds overwieght. Does anyone have execises to work on the whole body. I have until summer.
