I think that it all depends on your metabolism, if you cheat with your eating outside the diet, and how much and what kind of workout you do.

I Am A26r Old Female Who Is Relatively Healthy. I Eat Well And Exercise 3 Times A Wk. Why Can’t I Lose Weight?
I weigh about 132lbs now. Most of my teenage years and early 20′d I was abot 115-120lbs. I don’t eat fast food at all. Idon’t even eat fried food period. It’s so frustrating. I’ve followed the Abs Diet book and many other diets, but i can’t seem to get the weight off my stomach. If anyone has some suggestions or has been in a similiar situation please help!

Anyone Know A Diet For The Female Dog Containing A Water Puppy?
A bulldog has a water puppy inside of her. Does anyone know of a low salt diet for the mother to be put on until she has her litter?
