			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just eat as healthy as possible and eat moderately. I love chocolate as well and what I do is allow myself a treat every once in a while. To satisfy my sweet tooth I&#8217;ll have a cup of hot cocoa (Nestle Brand), it only has 25 calories a cup!! Or I&#8217;ll have an ounce of dark chocolate that is at least 60% cocoa that way you get some antioxidents- just make sure you eat it slowly and don&#8217;t over do it. Its difficult I know but limit yourself. However it is better to give yourself a little treat under 200 calories a few days a week then deprive yourself and then binge and eat thousands of calories, so when necessary reward yourself.<br />
**Also skinny cow makes some great ice cream!! I like the chocolate cones, they are only 150 calories.</p>
