I want a website that I can track my progress, has exercise suggestions for at home, and other helpful tools.
I’ve been “dieting” for 22 days now. I’m not on any program, I’ve just cut out sodas and drink tons of water, eat salads for lunch, and about half of what I used to eat for dinner. I’m reading Dr. Atkins’ New Diet Revolution and believe I will commit to it when I have finished the book, but would like to know any problems that you had while on it. Did it work well for you? Is it a waste of your time? What are potential pitfalls I should look out for? Thank you!

Hi I’m Russ a personal trainer from Newcastle and a little while ago I asked a question on this really useful site, asking if anybody would be interested in the training guide e-book that I was writing. Basically I noticed how many people were asking me advice on exercise & diets simply because they had bought books on how to get in shape and were left bamboozled by all the scientific jargon in them so I decided to give it a go myself and write something in plain English. I got good feedback and a lot of people asked me to keep them informed when it became available.
