the book says that 1 tablespoon of pesto is 80 calories. But the Classico pest i bought only comes out the 57 calories for 1 tablespoon. So do i just use the 1 tablespoon? or do i have to use enough pesto to equal the 80 calories the book SAYS it is. i would assume just the portion is important as all foods vary in calories, but i want to be sure. thanks.
