Just eat as healthy as possible and eat moderately. I love chocolate as well and what I do is allow myself a treat every once in a while. To satisfy my sweet tooth I’ll have a cup of hot cocoa (Nestle Brand), it only has 25 calories a cup!! Or I’ll have an ounce of dark chocolate that is at least 60% cocoa that way you get some antioxidents- just make sure you eat it slowly and don’t over do it. Its difficult I know but limit yourself. However it is better to give yourself a little treat under 200 calories a few days a week then deprive yourself and then binge and eat thousands of calories, so when necessary reward yourself.
**Also skinny cow makes some great ice cream!! I like the chocolate cones, they are only 150 calories.

Does Anyone Have A Really Good Diet Plan That Will Work Fast?
A good diet plan is one you wont fail, which is one meant for you where you eat the foods you love. The key to the right diet is eating 5 small meals a day between 300-500 calories per meal intake, with enough protein, carbs and fat. Everything on a nutrition label is pretty much, important for your body.
A small example for a days worth of meals is:
Breakfast:
2 eggs, preferably the whites, or not too much yolk.
side of fruit (apple, 1/2 cup of grapes, an orange, etc)
Side of wheat toast light butter or jam
1/2 cup of juice and a large glass of water
Snack (after breakfast before lunch, each meal is roughly 2-3 hours apart)
1/2 cup of trail mix (raisins, nuts, dried fruit)
Low fat yogurt
Lunch:
1/2 Turkey sandwich with lettuce (dark greens not iceburg), tomato (light mayo) or cheese.
Snack 2:
1 cup of protein drink or 1 protein bar
Dinner:
8oz of grilled salmon
1/2 cup of whole grain pasta
side of veggies (corn, carrots, broccoli, etc)
If you get hungry 2-3 hours before bedtime (it is not a crime or against any code to eat after a certain time) you can have a snack, preferably something with protein, if you want to indulge in ice cream just pick a smarter choice like fat free frozen yogurt or low fat ice cream. etc.
Started A New Kosher Diet & Already Lost 5 Pounds.what Do Kosher Priests Do To Food That Reduces The Calories?
As of 01-01-07, I began a strict Kosher only diet. I researched how a Kosher priest cuts the fat as he blesses the food. I’m not sure if he is cutting fatty chunks off the meat or removing the fat out of eggs. Regardless, does the Kosher priest not realize he could be the next icon in the weight loss business? Not to mention make billions of dollars by publishing a Kosher weight loss book. Does anyone know exactly what he does to reduce the fat & calorie content in the food he blesses?

How Do I Go About A Diet Plan That I Can Stick To With The Proper Execise Schdule?
I think the word “diet” implies a short-term fix. Make changes slowly that you can continue for a lifetime. More importantly than anything (at least for me) is portion control. For, let’s say, four weeks, count and write down EVERY calorie that you take in. It will become second nature after a while. After a while, you will be able to moderate your daily intake without giving it a second thought. AND you don’t have to give up the things you enjoy eating the most. Also, instead of the standard daily intake of 2000 calories, try reducing it by 200-300 calories per day. Incorporate that with your exercise plan, and you should be on your way!

Coupled With A Healthy Diet, Are There Any Diet Pills That Speed Up The Process?
I understand that you have to eat right and exercise as well – but are there any diet pills that work well enough that they will help you lose more weight than with ONLY diet and exercise?
Can You Recommend A Book That Deals With Emotional Eating?
I have yo-yo dieted for many years. I can only stay on a program for so long, and then emotional issues take over my eating habits and my life. I would like to read some good information to help me to cut my ties to emotional eating, once and for all. Thank you. Sue
