Diet Question! On Kevin Trudeaus New Nook “the Weight Loss Cure” Thank You Very Much!!! I Really Wanna Get Rid

okay. so my mom comes home with this diet book, and it being a book, i opened and read the first page and i was interested… and then i finished the book and became intrigued.
summer is over you guys. am i the only one who gained weight after coming back from vacation? well, i gained quited a foot LBS staying on the computer, eating, then sleeping for about two-3 wks… ALOT!! and i really wanted your opinion on this diet.
you see, its a diet made to help you lose weight and keep it off, as well as working those problem areas… but im a bit concerned. it requires the use of a hCG injections daily as well as the use of alot of tea’s and cleansers and pills and drinks and stuff… though, supposedly everything is natural or “organic” ??
the thought of me putting a whole bunch of stuff into my body terrifies me…but i also have a strong feeling that by doing so the weight that i have been trying to lose forever will be gone!!
i dont know what to do!!
by the way im gonna be 16 ^^

Another Book Fused Into Dr. Ian’s “the 4 Day Diet”?!?

I purchased the book from Meijer a couple of month’s ago. I was reading further into it today and noticed that pages 177-208 are pages from a book about Vincente Minnelli spanning three chapters: “Scandalous Melodrama: Madame Bovary”, “Problems with Judy”, and “An American in Paris”. These sections interrupt the lunch and dinner recipes and look like they were threw in on accident. Is your copy like this as well?

How Does Steve Simmons’ “the Movie Star Diet” Work?

I went on the website themoviestardiet.com to try to figure out what this diet was about but all I got out of the website is that it is supposedly the best and most effective diet. However it seemed to lack an explanation of what the diet exactly was. I know the book “The Movie Star Diet” costs only $10 but I’d like to know if the diet is worth it before buying it.
And I am not talking about the drink “Movie Star Diet”
Also, please answer seriously. Not like, “doesnt work” or “starvation”. I’d like a better explanation please of what this diet is really about.

Any Tried The Book Called “the Abs Diet For Women? Does It Work? I Just Bought It.?

you should have asked before you bought it. :)
I dont know the book, but here is my take on diets:
having a flat stomach is all about diet, and less about fitness. fitness helps but it is nutrition that is the key to weight ‘management’.
with teh right intake of food you can control the weight imbalance in your body. try cutting your meals in half.
you dont need sit ups to have six packs showing. we all have them but its the fat that stops us seeing them.
you need to reduce your calorie intake by 500-1000 a day for a while. but realistically its all about quality nutrition, not starving. starving yourself triggers the body’s survival retention mode and will only leave you holding more weight when you do eat. try cutting your meals in half and having more (but smaller meals) for a start. so instead of 3 meals and the odd snack, have 6 dedicated meals evenly spaced out. this helps stop your body from excess storage, and you may be surprised with the results. same amount of food, but controlled sizes.
no fads, no diets, just maintenance of eating habits.
and its safe! my workmate tried it, and nothing else, and after 3 months had a smaller stomach than the over hang he used to have.
a little cardio (say a 20 minute run) every 2 days will help as well, but your calorie demands will rise too.
toned muscle has a higher metabolic demand than un-toned muscle so having good fitness also burns calories (not much, but still helps) when you are doing nothing. so weight training can help more than cardio alone
set realistic goals.

If I Wrote A Book Called “the Jesus Diet”, Could I Fleece Enough Religious People To Retire Comfortably?

I’ll have a whole chapter about getting lost in the desert and not eating for 40 days.
That happened to me the last time I went to Las Vegas.
