I have a skin condition. This remedy book I have recommends to avoid eating eggs, sugars, peanuts, and dairy products and to eat a gluten-free diet.
I love dairy, breads and pastas, and of course, sugar.
What is left to eat once you take all of that out?

? Unless this is for an adult, you would not need this.
At 16 (according to your description ) you need to eat everything since you are growing. By taking a diet, you will deplete the body of what it needs. Depending on what the South Beach Diet is, the negative effects will happen in the long term or short term. Though I admit it is hard since boys and girls, men and woman all face the same exact problem.
Eat properly and exercise. That’s all it takes. The best way to be fit is to play sports.
This is my advice and I believe in this, your choice to take it or not.

What Is A Good Diet Plan For Someone That Likes Chocolate?
Just eat as healthy as possible and eat moderately. I love chocolate as well and what I do is allow myself a treat every once in a while. To satisfy my sweet tooth I’ll have a cup of hot cocoa (Nestle Brand), it only has 25 calories a cup!! Or I’ll have an ounce of dark chocolate that is at least 60% cocoa that way you get some antioxidents- just make sure you eat it slowly and don’t over do it. Its difficult I know but limit yourself. However it is better to give yourself a little treat under 200 calories a few days a week then deprive yourself and then binge and eat thousands of calories, so when necessary reward yourself.
**Also skinny cow makes some great ice cream!! I like the chocolate cones, they are only 150 calories.

You use the author’s/company’s diet plan and recipes to get the results you want. The basic outline is three phases:
In Phase One (two weeks), most carbohydrates -mostly bread and sugar including fruit, are removed from your diet. It takes a lot of determination, but it’s not difficult; the meals plan & recipes they provide are healthy and will keep you feeling full.
Phase Two (I believe this is a month), you slowly start adding fruits, breads, starch. Be sure to move to this phase or else you’ll restrict yourself too long and gain the weight back.
Phase Three, you add more food back in; throughout the process you do learn how to eat healthy. It’s not the best diet in my opinion but it will teach you how to start living a healthy lifestyle.

What Else Can I Add To My Diet Plan?
Today i had:
oatmeal
tea
tuna whole wheat sandwich
oatmeal raisin cookie
two small handfuls of unsalted peanuts
two small handfuls of blueberries
for dinner i plan to have:
tofu and veggies
but everyone tells me i have to add more to my diet so my calories are up to 1500 help please

What Do You Think Of Anthony Robbins’ Diet?
I’m reading his book. He says you must eat only food containg water, and eat food without water (pasta, meat, etc.) only once every meal and if it necessary. Then he also says not to eat too much. I’m from Italy and i usually eat 40% of pasta and similars (Carbohydrates), 30% of vegetables and fruits, and 20% of meat or proteins and 10% of sweets.
Robbins says the less you eat and you have more energy.
Is it true?
