I’ve just started the zone diet and in the book it says that 3 apricots is considered 1 carbohydrate block. Does this mean that 3 dried apricots is the same as 1 carbohydrate block as well?

I want to be on a definite “Diet” instead of just starving myself, & I cant do that “eat everything in moderation” thing coz I did, didn’t work a bit.. I wanna lose weight, & Im thinkin of buying one of those books & try to follow it.. There’s just so many of them.. If u tried any,please any advice?
